Episode Overview

Drew hosts a group of potential investors from Vietnam who are interested in launching a store in Hanoi. They share drinks at the Airport Ramada Inn, and when the house band takes a break, Drew and his friends seize the chance to perform a song at their request. Impressed by their talent, the manager offers them a week-long gig, but Drew hesitates, feeling it might divert his attention from his new job. However, his resolve wavers after a groupie flirts with him in the parking lot. The guys then audition guitarists and hire the unconventional Ed. Meanwhile, Kate grows discontent with her job and attempts to get fired. Drew agrees to let her go but vows to rehire her if she can't find something better in a week. When she struggles to find a new role, Drew reneges on his offer, wanting her to pursue the same joy he’s found with the band. He ultimately skips Mrs. Louder
