Episode Overview
Drew agrees to let Darcy bleach his hair and sport a goatee to enhance his musician persona. Meanwhile, Larry uncovers cocaine use in the men's restroom at Winfred-Louder. In response, Wick instructs Drew and Mimi to gather urine samples from all staff for drug testing. Uncomfortable with invading their privacy, Drew decides to dispose of the samples after being labeled a narc. Wick demands Drew submit his own sample, but he refuses and brings in a drug-sniffing dog instead, prompting Wick to fire him in a rage. In a surprising turn, Drew finds out Wick is the actual drug user and helps him seek rehab. Meanwhile, Oswald and Lewis grow envious of Drew’s newfound musical fame and try to persuade him to rejoin the band. Additionally, Mimi ends her relationship with Ron after an unpleasant encounter with his wife.
