Mrs. Louder enlists Drew to step in as store manager while Mr. Wick undergoes rehab, but he declines, preferring to enjoy his time with his band without the burdens of work. Reluctantly, she hands the position over to Larry. Soon after, a man offers the Horndogs a tour of Ramadas across Ohio, prompting Drew to quit his job in favor of the opportunity. Kate warns him against it, recalling her own negative experience after leaving Winfred-Louder. Meanwhile, a drunken Wick crashes Drew's performance, revealing he was expelled from rehab due to insurance issues. Drew discovers that Larry switched their health plan to an HMO, using the savings to purchase a luxury skybox for Mrs. Louder. Frustrated, Drew learns the employees are desperate for him to find a way to restore their previous health coverage.
