Episode Overview
Mimi deceives Drew into thinking that a high-ranking executive is actually applying for the janitor position at Winfred-Louder. After making some embarrassing remarks that come off as racially insensitive, Drew swears revenge on Mimi. Later, while driving, a bee distracts him, causing him to nearly crash into her. Convinced he was trying to harm her, Mimi reports him for attempted murder. Despite Steve's protests about Drew's innocence, Mimi insists on pursuing charges. Meanwhile, Kate annoys the investigating detectives by obsessively discussing her feelings for Drew instead of focusing on the case. Mimi convinces them that Drew wants her out of the picture before the wedding, leading to plans for his indictment. Steve is determined to show Mimi that Drew is not guilty.
