With spring break here, Fillmore seizes the opportunity to catch up with his old partner, Wayne Liggett. At Wayne’s current school, there's a troubling issue with the Safety Patrol. The school's prized pralines have vanished, and the main suspect is Patrol Sheriff Thrift, who conveniently is the principal's son.
