In their quest to uncover the identity of the murderer, Dean Munsch, Denise, and the Chanels interrogate Hester and the only survivor (guest star Alec Mapa) of the Halloween tragedy. Chad points fingers at Brock, making a surprising proposition to Chanel. At the same time, a new patient with a bizarre condition (guest star Cheri Oteri) brings Chanel #3 and Cassidy closer together, while another victim interrupts a festive gathering.
