In the wake of The Green Meanie's latest chilling assault, Dean Munsch, Denise, and Hester hatch a scheme to ensnare the murderer during a Halloween bash at the hospital. Meanwhile, Chanel embraces her own twisted version of Chanel-O-Ween as she tries to reach out to the most recent victim from the afterlife. As the festivities kick off, an unexpected crisis erupts within the hospital, prompting Brock and Cassidy to spring into action, resulting in yet another casualty.
