Timber merchant Marty Verry and his Venezuelan wife Morella have acquired what could be New Zealand's oldest barn frames. They plan to assemble these structures on their rural property near Auckland, envisioning them as integral components of a modern mansion that pays homage to Marty’s passion for diverse timber. However, will these new homes respect their storied past, or will this Grand Design evolve into something entirely unexpected?
