When a food critic is discovered murdered, Goren and Eames focus their attention on the chef from the last restaurant she dined at. However, they soon learn that Joshua Mailer has vanished as well, leading them to investigate his father-in-law, who runs another highly regarded eatery in the city. A casual remark raises Goren’s suspicions, revealing that there are underlying issues within the Onorato family.
