After being rejected by a matchmaker renowned for her perfect track record, Ted refuses to accept that he’s incompatible with any of the women in her database. Undeterred, he hacks into the matchmaker's computer and seeks out a charming dermatologist who is already in a relationship, hoping to defy her prediction. Meanwhile, Marshall and Lily become fixated on eliminating a pesky critter that has invaded their apartment, leading to a series of comedic attempts to reclaim their space.
