In this intense series finale, the day of the prison open house has finally come. Di and Neil are officially married, but Jim can't shake off the unease of their marriage being merely a convenience. Yvonne eventually catches on to the scheme involving her son and Snowball, but it’s too late, as Fenner drags her away. Meanwhile, Karen and Jim discover a gun hidden in Yvonne’s bag and stash it in her drawer. As guests are escorted outside by Sylvia and Di, the clock strikes 11:00, triggering Snowball's bomb and leaving Neil seriously injured in the library. Fortunately, Roisin's quick actions save him. Dressed as a nun, Snowball is apprehended at the gate by Karen and strip-searched before being sent to the block. Sylvia and Jim cruelly place her in Yvonne's cell, taunting, “She’s all yours, you’ve got 5 minutes!” In the visiting room, Shaz and Denny are trapped
