Episode Overview

Marion is interrogated regarding the British operations in Singapore just before the city’s collapse. Meanwhile, the new sickbay is finished. Blanche and Dorothy develop a rapport with the guards, trading cigarettes and tea for their favor. However, when the three women are confronted by a trio of guards, all six find themselves in trouble. The Japanese commander accuses the women of fabricating their claims about an attempted assault. Dorothy surprisingly sides with him, leading to punishment for Blanche and Rose, until their account is validated by other witnesses.
