Episode Overview
After a fierce confrontation with a monstrous creature, the girls discover that Mokona can project the realm of Cephiro. Realizing they need to ascend to the skies to find the other Machine and their current location, they set off. Suddenly, a blinding light appears and abducts Umi and Fuu. Mokona’s jewel then reveals an image of Clef, who shares details about strange monsters and some backstory that feels rather trivial. Recalling the map, Hikaru asks Mokona to project it. She heads in the direction of Umi and Fuu but gets scratched by thorns along the way. Mokona catches up with her and sees the blood. Just then, the light targets Hikaru, but Mokona pushes her aside and gets pulled into the light instead, while Hikaru tumbles into a ravine.
