Episode Overview
Zagato reveals to Princess Emeraude that he’s using mind control to compel one of her elite swordsmen to hunt down the girls. Despite her pleas for him to stop, he remains unmoved. Meanwhile, the girls are on their way to a volcano-like shrine to revive Hikaru's machine when they’re suddenly attacked by a giant flying creature. They attempt to defend themselves with their swords, but it’s futile. The creature snatches Umi and takes off into the sky. Fuu tries to pass Umi her sword, but it transforms into water in her hands. With no other option, Fuu throws her own sword to Umi. Umi catches it but struggles with the weight, ultimately dropping it. As the creature continues its flight, a mysterious figure appears and kills it. Hikaru and Fuu manage to catch Umi, who comments on the heaviness of Fuu's sword. When Fuu holds it, she finds it incredibly light. They soon realize
