Episode Overview
Joan Shepherd is determined for Anna May to marry Steven Rogers instead of Newly or Orlo, the farmer. However, Anna May has feelings for Newly and wishes to date him. When Newly arrives to take Anna May out for a ride, she informs him that she won’t be returning for some time. Tensions escalate when Orlo confronts Newly over Anna May, leading to a scuffle. During the altercation, Orlo accidentally bangs his head against the wagon, resulting in him losing his memory.
