Episode Overview

In this episode, four sets of twins face off in a series of challenges. For the first stunt, the twins dangle from a helicopter above a lake. One twin drops down onto a floating island of boxes, followed by the second twin aiming for a different box island. They need to grab a flag from their respective islands, jump into the water, swim to a platform, and attach the flag to a pole. If either twin misses the boxes, they'll need to swim to a penalty buoy to retrieve the flag. The clock stops when the second twin secures their flag, and the three fastest teams move on, while the slowest is sent home. In the second stunt, one twin is restrained by chains and swarmed by bees, while their sibling must race against time to rescue them.
