Title: Couples Fear Factor (4) Plot: In the fourth installment of this thrilling seven-part series, nine couples vie for exciting cash prizes and a grand reward of one million dollars. Stunt #1 (Nasty Dunk Tank) One partner sits above a dunk tank filled with repulsive water, containing cow intestines, brains, and other unpleasant items. Their teammate must throw softballs to hit the dunk lever, sending them splashing into the tank. Once submerged, they must fish out cow tails and pass them to their partner, who must then transfer them to a bucket using only their mouth. The couple that successfully transfers five tails the quickest will win a travel experience to Spain for the Running of the Bulls. No contestants will be eliminated in this round. Stunt #2 (Helicopter Slalom) The men will dangle upside down from a helicopter flying over a lake, gripping two rings attached to a chain around their partner's ankles. As they soar over the water...
