Overview

Downtown Leroy Brown embarks on a heartfelt mission to honor his father’s last request by converting a rundown house into Brown Meadows, a retirement home situated next to an unruly fraternity. To manage the eccentric residents and maintain order, Leroy enlists the help of his daughter Cora, his nephew Will—a doctor—and Will's nurse wife, Sasha. They are joined by social worker Carmen Martinez and Jesus Hernandez, the maintenance engineer with aspirations of becoming a lawyer. Together, they navigate the challenges of caring for seniors while dealing with the chaos next door.
