Some familiar faces from the station enjoy a day trip to Largs, while Derek deals with a train delay due to a blockage on all four lines. Seven-year-old piano prodigy Nathan charms passengers at Central station, and at the Grand Central Hotel, Dr. Emily Munro sheds light on the hotel's significant impact on television history. Tour guide Jackie discovers some old station clocks and enlists engineer Frank to restore them. Throughout the station, new employees are getting acclimated, with trainee dispatcher Lauren eager to go solo after her exams and trainee train driver Kevin gearing up for his final evaluations—will they both succeed?
