In this episode, customer service assistant Denise is learning to drive mobility buggies. At the same time, a visitor captures everyone's attention in the concourse with an impressive Lego creation, while a group of engineers labor tirelessly to restore the station’s beautiful Victorian bridge. Tour guide Jackie discovers more treasures for the upcoming station museum, as shift supervisor Alison manages a railway incident. Additionally, 16-year-old Summer, who is visually impaired, works on finding her way around the station, while guests at the Grand Central Hotel share their nostalgic stories about the station.
