Eliot Ness and his Untouchables have been assigned to New York to crack down on the produce market corruption. The situation escalates when Angelo Cestari, a respected produce dealer, is shot dead by a member of Terranova's gang. In the aftermath, Ness speaks with Tony Cestari, who reveals that his father refused to cooperate with Terranova like many others, ultimately leading to his tragic fate.
