In Chicago on November 9, 1932, Al Capone was behind bars, leaving Frank Nitti in charge of his criminal empire. However, rival crime lords were poised to seize control, with Joe Kulak from St. Louis emerging as the most formidable. Known as "The Teacher," Kulak had mentored numerous Underworld leaders and helped launch their careers. As soon as Kulak sets foot in the city, Eliot Ness and his team start monitoring his every move, determined to keep a close watch on this powerful figure.
