On April 16, 1934, in Chicago, the era of Prohibition has ended, making narcotics the new criminal enterprise. The New York Syndicate, known as the "Big 6," sends Wally Corbin to the Windy City to collect a heroin shipment from Louie "The Bear" Madikoff, the leading dealer in the Midwest and the Syndicate's main supplier. Meanwhile, Eliot Ness has already apprehended two of Madikoff's couriers. Wally successfully acquires 1.5 kilos of the narcotic, valued at $200,000.
