In 1933, the end of Prohibition doesn't signal a halt in Eliot Ness's battle against crime. The syndicate quickly shifts its focus to a more lucrative and dangerous venture: narcotics. By September, Ness and his team successfully locate and dismantle every significant narcotics operation. However, by early October, the price of heroin skyrockets from $20 to $50 a bindle. Nitti and his crew aim to exploit this new seller's market for their gain.
