The Untouchables (1959)

Episode Overview

On April 28, 1932, in Chicago, a crowd of 3,500 gathers at the arena for the finale of a week-long bicycle race. Meanwhile, Ed "Duke" Monte arrives for a different purpose, but is intercepted by Ness and Lee Hobson, who discover he’s carrying a leather bag stuffed with $250,000 in counterfeit cash. By May 25, Monte receives a 10 to 15-year prison sentence. On that same day, at his former base of operations, the Odeon Theatre—known for its burlesque shows—his ex-lieutenant, Lou Sultan, is interrogating Parrot Krebs, a man he suspects of being a rat, with the help of his goons.
