Episode Overview

Chefs Anne Burrell and Tiffany Derry are ready to whip their spoiled recruits into shape with some essential culinary training! These novices have neglected the kitchen for too long, and it’s time to get back to basics. Competing teams will battle it out to earn the most medals through various culinary and physical challenges, with the winning group receiving an edge in the next round. In a skill drill, Anne and Tiffany challenge their teams to create chicken paillard with salad, and things heat up as they introduce lamb curry preparation. While some recruits thrive under pressure, others will have to leave the boot camp kitchen.
