Episode Overview

New Edition's "Heartbreak" tour is a massive triumph, propelling the group to new heights. Bobby, who has just released his successful album "Don't Be Cruel," begins as their opening act but quickly rises to dominate the R&B scene. By 1990, each member has carved out individual careers, though underlying tensions begin to surface. A few years later, as many of them struggle with financial issues, they decide to reunite for an album and tour featuring all six members, including Bobby. However, the reunion quickly spirals downward, leading the members to part ways once again, casting doubt on their former camaraderie.
