After the passing of her adoptive mother, 44-year-old Sara Price-Parker embarked on a journey to locate her birth mother, Denise. Unfortunately, her 25-year search led to heartbreak when she found out that Denise had moved to Jamaica in the 1970s. Now, Sara is reaching out to Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell as her final chance to make contact. Meanwhile, 77-year-old Pauline Wood, who was raised as an only child, has always wished for a sibling. At 28, she discovered that her birth parents had married and welcomed a son, yet her efforts to find her brother have been unsuccessful for years.
