Richard Cue, a 57-year-old family man, has always appreciated the love from his adoptive parents and wishes to express gratitude to his birth mother for her difficult choice in 1957. After nearly a decade of searching through his records with little luck, he remains determined. Similarly, Tania Bartlett seeks her father, Ahmed Kazem, who was an Iranian student in the early 1960s. Julie, Tania's mother, found it hard to leave her life behind in America, leading to their separation. Despite some contact in the late '70s and early '80s, Tania has spent the last 30 years looking for him, uncertain of his fate. Davina McCall and Nicky Campbell help reunite these families.
