Episode Overview
For two decades, Mr. Chapman and Mr. Radcliffe have been locked in a bitter rivalry that escalates when Chapman obstructs a public path leading to Radcliffe's home. When Ferrenby, who is managing Radcliffe's diabetes, attempts to use the blocked route, he faces an irate Chapman, who insists he take a different way. Injured while trying to clear the obstruction, Ferrenby seeks Kate's assistance at the practice. Meanwhile, three boys amuse themselves with pranks on Chapman, such as blocking his chimney during a fire. Mistakenly blaming Radcliffe, Chapman captures him, but Radcliffe urgently needs his medication and starts to suffer. Nick intervenes but ends up imprisoned by Chapman as well. He escapes and returns with Blaketon and Kate to aid in the tense situation.
