Episode Overview
Title: Bringing It All Back Home Plot: Inspector Crossley arrives at the police station in Whitby to meet Nick, only to find Kate using the facility as a makeshift medical office. Frustrated, he heads to Ashfordly station, where he vents his displeasure to Blaketon and Nick, who reassure him that it’s a temporary arrangement until Kate secures a new practice. Crossley also shares news of significant changes in the Ashfordly area, including an expanded area of responsibility for Nick. Meanwhile, Kate meets her old friend Sally, a fellow GP, for drinks. Sally mentions a job opening in Whitby, prompting Kate to consider an offer from Dr. James Radcliffe, but Nick is hesitant about leaving Aidensfield. Additionally, a coach trip is organized for a night of music featuring Gina.
