Episode Overview
During a lively village dance, the atmosphere shifts when a group of unruly rockers causes chaos, tossing what they believe to be a piece of lead through a window. To their surprise, the object turns out to be gold, linked to a heist from seven years prior. Meanwhile, Kate feels unwell and becomes increasingly anxious about her symptoms but keeps her worries to herself. One of her patients, Nettie Pickard, has a wishing well, and in a moment of superstition, Kate makes a wish. Shortly after, Nettie’s home is vandalized by a local councillor searching for the gold, which he suspects was hidden there by Nettie's late husband. He is eventually apprehended while attempting to retrieve it from the well. Kate is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her baby.
