Episode Overview

Greengrass is approached to place several bets for some shady individuals, but before he can act, he winds up in the hospital with a suspected appendicitis. Blaketon worries he might have to retire and is tempted by a job offer from his friend Arnold. When a young boy is attacked, Nick suspects Arnold's involvement, but Blaketon strongly disagrees. As Nick digs deeper, he uncovers evidence hinting at Arnold's potential corruption, leading to a heated argument with Blaketon, who storms off. Realizing he has upset Blaketon, Nick goes to apologize. Meanwhile, Blaketon talks with Arnold and starts to see Nick's point.
