Episode Overview

Mike finds himself under scrutiny after a man named Russell Palmer dies while in custody during his shift. Russell's cousin, Hibbut, accuses Mike of having assaulted him. Nick cautions Mike to provide a full account of the events from that night. Mike explains that he merely pushed Hibbut back into his cell as he attempted to flee while shouting “Quin.” Following the post-mortem, which indicates that a blow to the back of Russell's head contributed to his death, Mike is suspended. Nick questions Neil about Hibbut's health and realizes he might have had Malaria, with Harlequin being the treatment. When they search Hibbut's room, they find a bottle of tablets.
