Episode Overview
In the vibrant streets of New Orleans' French Quarter, seven ambitious teams eager to launch their own food trucks gather for an exciting challenge hosted by Tyler Florence. Their first task, dubbed "Dough for Dough," involves crafting their unique take on the classic beignet, which they will sell at the bustling French Market. The profits made will contribute to their initial funding. As they shop and navigate the streets to sell their creations, they quickly realize the challenges of food truck life. For the second challenge, the teams must wow Celebrity Chef Susan with a dish inspired by the iconic Hurricane cocktail. Ultimately, one team faces elimination while six continue their journey toward the $50,000 grand prize.
