Episode Overview

Degrassi celebrates their first football victory, largely thanks to Riley, who has suddenly bulked up and admits to Peter that he’s using steroids. While on a date with Anya, Riley struggles to suppress his homosexuality. An old friend from three years prior resurfaces, attempting to reconnect with him. As Riley's aggression escalates, he ends up seriously injuring Sav. Peter confronts him, and during their talk, Riley reveals his childhood aspirations of being a star athlete with many friends and a girlfriend. Peter reassures him that being gay doesn’t hinder those dreams. Meanwhile, Danny orchestrates a date between Leia and Derek, who initially longs for her but eventually realizes his own feelings for her, leading to him and Danny getting together.
