Episode Overview
"Step back, Maggie's on the case – what have you got for me, Sherlock?" Wayne and Roz are toasting her new business when the phone rings, notifying them of a burglary at the local antique shop, part of a troubling series of break-ins. With PJ off with a "girlfriend," Wayne is left to keep watch throughout the night. Meanwhile, Maggie and Nick apprehend "Blackjack" Eagan, a former cop admired by PJ. Eagan is hiding out in Mt. Thomas to steer clear of some criminals he previously incarcerated, who are soon to be released. Tom instructs Nick to drop the charges against Eagan to encourage him to leave. The next day, Roz spots a pair of earrings at a client's home that matches the stolen items from a previous burglary. Complicating matters, the client’s husband is an ex-criminal. PJ insists Roz file a formal statement, but sharing police information harms her business. PJ pressures the criminal to reveal the fence
