Episode Overview
Maggie confides in Dash about her unsettling recurring dream involving a dark, menacing horse. Just then, Robbie arrives with his new boss, Doreen Jackson, and her father, Jim Jamieson, who are there to report a theft: one of Jim's paintings, which features a horse, has gone missing. Since a rogue horse left Jim disabled, he has fixated on painting that same horse repeatedly. When Maggie and PJ visit Jim's rundown property to investigate, they find that the stolen artwork has been swapped. Jim is baffled, but PJ suspects the empty liquor bottles scattered around might hold the key. Meanwhile, Robbie heads to work at Doreen's service station, only to call in a panic, claiming he has been robbed at knife point by two bikers. PJ doubts the story, suggesting Robbie might have faked the robbery to fund his heroin addiction, a notion Maggie fiercely opposes.
