Tess is deeply troubled by Jack's murder charge, but her focus shifts when a young boy disappears. His parents, recent lottery winners, become prime suspects in a kidnapping case. PJ and Tess interview the boy’s uncle and his friend, but they don’t yield any useful information. PJ’s suspicions rise when a videotape arrives, showing the boy reading a ransom note that demands exactly half of his parents' winnings. Convinced the boy is familiar with his captors, PJ intensifies the search. Meanwhile, Tess finds herself trapped in a sealed trucking container. Can the Heelers rescue her in time?
