Episode Overview

Mike opens up to his new therapist about his struggles to connect sexually with Caitlin. Meanwhile, Nikki's new partner is exceptionally charming, creating tension. When Mike is ready for intimacy, Caitlin isn't interested. A journalist claims the mayor has ties to organized crime, and it’s revealed that Nikki's boyfriend is actually a mobster, manipulating the office staff for his own gain. Faced with the dilemma of betraying his friends, Mike decides to protect them by taking full responsibility for the situation himself.
