Episode Overview

Charlie Crawford finds himself racing against time as he arrives tardy to his inaugural press conference as the newly appointed deputy mayor. To complicate matters, he encounters challenges while attempting to resolve a strike among tollbooth workers, only to discover that their attorney is a former romantic interest from his past.
