Episode Overview
Caitlin embarks on a romantic relationship with Tom, an older gentleman, while his daughter Tracy takes an interest in Charlie. Simultaneously, the Mayor struggles with sadness as he reflects on the anniversary of his mother's passing. To lift his spirits, Carter introduces him to Christine, who brings unexpected joy into his life. However, tension arises when Carter later discloses that Christine is the recipient of the Mayor's mother's donated heart, a revelation that could jeopardize their blossoming bond.
