Episode Overview

Stephanie, the Mayor's niece, drops by City Hall and charms Charlie, who is initially intrigued until he learns of her identity. Later, he and Caitlin find themselves in an awkward situation in the Mayor's bedroom, attempting to shield Stephanie from her reckless behavior. Meanwhile, Mayor Winston and Carter find themselves stuck in a car for an extended period, prompting Carter to promise to abandon his superficial lifestyle if they manage to escape. Additionally, Paul enters the fray by signing up as a contestant on the hit dating program, "Blind Date."
