Rawhide (1959)

Episode Overview

Dr. John Merritt and his friend Phinn Harper, along with their crew, have blocked the spring that supplies a nearby creek as they search for the lost remnants of a 200-year-old Spanish expedition and its treasure. With only three to four months left to live, Merritt is desperate to secure a legacy for his wife and children. He has stepped away from his medical practice to focus on teaching Phinn the ropes. Meanwhile, the local cattle are increasingly in need of water, putting additional pressure on their endeavor.
