Mina and Karen acquire a dilapidated property in the Bates-Hendricks area, only to discover it's the first renovation challenge they can't conquer. Starting fresh, Mina envisions a stunning white abode, aiming to attract new homeowners. Together, they infuse the house with distinctive elements and plenty of character, hoping their close friends will soon find a place to call home.
