Episode Overview

Mina and Karen return to the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood, eager to make a profit this time. Their strategy involves removing an awkward addition to the home and constructing a new upper level, which will enhance the square footage and improve the layout of the living room and kitchen. They also intend to invest in landscaping and curb appeal to elevate the property’s attractiveness. However, an unexpected twist creates chaos among the crew, possibly leading Karen to leave with an unanticipated new furry friend.
