Episode Overview

Mina and Karen embark on a renovation of a sprawling duplex that was left unfinished and Mina turns it into a friendly rivalry. She chooses a whimsical "Rose and Cotton Candy" design for her side, while Karen leans towards an elegant French country aesthetic. To determine the champion, three real estate professionals will judge their efforts. Mina is eager to create a cozy home for her sister and her two daughters, who wish to be near downtown. Together, they transform the space into a personalized haven, featuring a unique mural crafted by Mina, Karen, and the children.
