Mina and Karen embark on a renovation journey with the first of their newly acquired properties on Talbott Street in Indianapolis. This three-bedroom, one-bath residence presents some unique architectural hurdles, notably a bathroom situated far from the bedrooms and a sagging foundation that causes the kitchen floor to tilt.
