After being arrested for DUI, Alison seeks solace in Billy, especially since Zack has been ignoring her. However, Billy makes it clear that he is committed to Susan. Fortunately for Alison, she is exonerated when witnesses support her claim that the bicyclist was to blame. Meanwhile, Bruce terminates Amanda’s employment upon discovering that she leaked sensitive information, jeopardizing a potential merger. Kimberly brings Jo to the beach house to help her go into labor, later checking her into the hospital and falsely claiming Jo had a stillborn. When Jo arrives to collect her baby, Kimberly insists the child belongs to her. In a shocking twist, after Jane allows Chris to deposit a $500,000 check, he empties her account and kidnaps Sydney.
