He attempts to join the hockey team but ends up on the struggling wrestling team instead. Their relationship strains when he dismisses her new job, leading to a heated argument about his changes. Julia faces issues with the roofers, and when Alec offers her marijuana, she declines. Their conversation leads to Alec being fired by his brother, and sparks begin to fly between Julia and him.
